What restroom setup does a wedding need?
A 100-guest, 5-hour wedding with a bar needs either one 2-room restroom trailer or 3 deluxe flushing units, plus a handwashing station if units have no sink. A 200-guest wedding needs a larger trailer or two 2-room trailers. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit if any guest needs one.

Where should wedding restrooms go?
Wedding restrooms should sit within a short, lit walk of the reception but out of the ceremony sightline and photos. Keep them downwind of dining tables and on level, firm ground. A restroom trailer also needs a dedicated 20-amp outlet within about 100 feet.

How far ahead should I book wedding restrooms?
Book wedding restrooms 2 to 4 weeks ahead, and earlier for spring and fall Saturdays in Temecula Wine Country, Redlands groves and Chino Hills venues. Deluxe and VIP units are easier to get on short notice than trailers. Confirm power and a level pad with your venue first.

A 2-room restroom trailer starts at about $895 for a one-day wedding in the Chino Valley, including delivery, setup and pickup. Deluxe flushing units start at about $245 each and VIP cabins at about $345 each.
Does the venue need power for a restroom trailer?
The trailer needs one dedicated 20-amp outlet within about 100 feet. If the venue has none, we quote a generator or switch you to VIP cabins.
Can the trailer be delivered the day before?
Day-before delivery is standard so the trailer is set and checked before vendors arrive. Pickup is the next business day.
Will the restroom trailer be clean on the wedding day?
Every trailer is deep-cleaned, restocked and inspected before it leaves our Chino yard. Weekend weddings with two event days get a service visit between days.
Can you supply restrooms at a ranch or grove with no power?
We do this often. VIP cabins and deluxe flushing units need no power or water and still give guests a flush and sink.
