How does monthly porta potty billing work?
Monthly porta potty rentals bill every 28 days, which includes one weekly service. The first cycle carries the delivery and pickup charge; every later cycle is the rental rate only. Billing continues until you call for pickup, and there is no fee to end mid-cycle.

Service frequency can go up or down at any time with one call. Most long-term sites use weekly service; busy summer sites move to twice a week, and lightly used units can stay weekly with a check of tank level. Changes start on the next scheduled visit.

A standard porta potty starts at about $185 per 28-day cycle with weekly service. The first cycle adds delivery and pickup from $75 near Chino; later cycles are the rental rate only. Twice-weekly service adds about $65 per extra visit.
Is it cheaper to keep a unit for several months?
After the first cycle there is no delivery charge, so months two and three cost less than month one.
If a month has more than 28 days, do I pay more?
Billing follows 28-day cycles, not calendar months. Thirteen cycles cover a year.
If only one person uses it, does it still need weekly service?
Weekly service is included and keeps paper stocked and the unit fresh. For very light use, we can check the tank level and skip pumping when it is not needed.
Can I get net-30 invoicing?
Business accounts can apply for net-30 invoicing. Card payment is used until the account is approved.
