What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive your delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count, and the page you sent it from. When you call, we record the details you give us for your order.
How the form is processed
The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards your entry to our email. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it to us.
How we use it
We use your information only to quote, schedule, service and bill your rental, and to contact you about that order. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing texts without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the contact map loads from Google Maps, which may log your IP address under Google's own policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for billing, tax and legal purposes, then deleted.
Your choices
California residents may ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. Email info@chinoportapotty.com or call (909) 939-1771.
