Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
The plain-English terms behind every AeroSite Porta Rentals rental. Questions? Call (909) 939-1771.
Booking and payment
A rental is booked when we confirm the order and take a card. Most orders need no deposit. Business accounts may apply for net-30 invoicing. We do not charge card fees. California sales tax applies to rentals.
Rental periods and billing
Event rentals cover up to 7 days. Rentals longer than 7 days bill in 28-day cycles that include one service visit per week. Billing renews automatically every 28 days until you request pickup. Ending mid-cycle has no fee, and cycles are not prorated.
Delivery, access and placement
You provide a level, safe spot reachable by our truck within about 50 feet, plus gate codes and site contacts. If the driver cannot safely place the unit, we place it at the nearest safe spot or reschedule. A return trip caused by a blocked or locked site may be charged.
Servicing
Service visits pump, clean, deodorize and restock units. Units must be unlocked and reachable on service day. Missed service due to blocked access is not credited.
Changes and cancellation
Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before delivery. Inside 24 hours, the delivery and pickup charge may apply if the truck has been loaded. Weather postponements made more than 24 hours ahead are free.
Extensions and pickup
Extend by calling or texting before the pickup date. For 28-day rentals, request pickup by phone, text or email; pickup happens within 1 to 2 business days and billing stops at the end of the current cycle.
Damage and loss
Normal wear is our cost. The renter is responsible for damage from vandalism, fire, graffiti, tipping by people on site, theft, or misuse such as dumping trash or chemicals into tanks. Cleanup of misuse is billed at cost.
Permits
Units on private property need no permit. When a unit must sit on a street, sidewalk or other public land, the renter obtains the permit. We will place units as the permit requires.
Weather
We anchor units on exposed sites when wind is forecast. Damage caused by extreme weather beyond reasonable precautions is handled case by case.
