What should I check before delivery day?

Before delivery day, check the placement spot, the gate width, the truck's path and overhead clearance, and who will be home. Measure the gate: a unit needs at least 48 inches. Pick a level spot away from food and the party's main space.

3. Measure the gate; confirm a level 4 × 4 ft spot.
4. Clear a truck path; note low wires or branches.

Where should the porta potty go in a backyard?

Put the porta potty along a side fence or near the back corner of the yard, at least 25 feet from food and downwind of guests. Keep the door facing away from seating. If the gate is too narrow, the driveway beside the garage works almost as well.

What extras make guests happier?

A handwashing station, a battery light for evening, an extra roll of toilet paper, and a small trash can outside the door make a big difference. A deluxe flushing unit is the single biggest upgrade guests notice, because it adds a flush and a sink.
